Foresthill Bike Ride

I went on a bike ride the day after the cocktail party. I intended to just ride straight up foresthill road to Robinson Flat campground which would be about a 45 mile round trip rode with 2500 feet of easy elevation change. The road was not yet plowed of snow so I had to reroute the ride and ended up riding to Iowa Hill. It was a 51 mile ride so not much further but it had 5100 feet of elevation change. Some really steep and long hills. Much tougher workout than I intended for today but it was very beautiful. I’d like to ride it again. The owners of the general store in Iowa Hill were very nice. I had a nice steak and egg sandwich there to refuel for the ride back to foresthill.
