Wireless Headphones

I bought some Motorola Bluetooth wireless headphones for running. It’s great to be able to run and not have a wire draped down your back. I use it to have cadence while I run the longer distances. Without it I tend to slow down and the slower cadence is what causes injuries. I found some great music from djsteveboy. His podrunner sires is great. I only wish he had more music from 180 to 200 which is where you are supposed to be to avoid injury. I can say that since I increased my cadence to 180 I’ve not had any more issues. Like most runners I had issues with my knees ankles and hips every few months and had to stop running each time for a few weeks. Since changing 3 years ago I’ve not had to stop from any joint issues.
